The Brother Edmond Drouin Library employs over a dozen student workers as Library Assistants who help us extend the reach of our services. These students play an important role in the Library and we’d like for you to get to know them. Please welcome our next spotlighted student, Mark Yovichin.

What activities are you involved in?
Intramurals, Social Media Coordinator for Active Minds Club, Campus Ministry, Hiking Club, Pre-PT Club.
Why did you choose Walsh?
I felt like this was where God was leading me.
What is your favorite thing about Walsh?
The people here are amazing, they make me feel loved, seen and heard.
How would you describe the library to a friend who has not been to the library?
It's lit- but no seriously its a very good space to study, and nice to have a work space that is not your room.
What is a resource the library offers that other students may not know about?
We have a lot of course reserves that students can check out 2 hours at a time, that professors have put on hold for their students.
What resource in the library do you use the most?
Study rooms!
Why do you like working in the library?
The people here are fun and there's always something to do!
