Welcome to Walsh University

The Brother Edmond Drouin Library at Walsh University

More Than a Library — A Partner in Teaching, Research, and Mission

Welcome to Walsh University! As a new member of our faculty or staff, you are now part of a vibrant academic community rooted in Catholic values and dedicated to student success. The Br. Edmond Drouin Library is here to support you in your work, your scholarship, and your service.

We are more than a place to find books — we are a collaborative partner in your professional journey.

  • More than a resource center — we’re a hub for academic innovation.
  • More than a building — we’re a space for connection, creativity, and inquiry.
  • More than databases and journals — we’re a gateway to global scholarship.
  • More accessible than a search engine — with expert librarians ready to assist.
  • More proactive than a help desk — anticipating your instructional and research needs.
  • More effective than going it alone — because collaboration enhances impact.

We don’t just support information access —
We empower you to teach with excellence, research with integrity, and serve with purpose.

Whether you're designing a new course, integrating information literacy into your curriculum, conducting scholarly research, or mentoring students, the library is here to help you:

  • Teach with innovation
  • Research with depth
  • Engage with mission

Our library staff are more than information professionals — they are partners in your success, committed to advancing the mission of Walsh University through academic support, personalized service, and a shared dedication to truth, service, and the common good.
