Note that some of these vendors may have specific platforms and technology requirements for accessing their products. Make sure you know what you are getting and what you need to do to make it work with your device(s).

  • understand the return policies before purchasing textbooks
  • keep sales receipts.
  • make sure the textbook will arrive on time.
  • use the ISBN to purchase the correct edition
  • do you need the software that comes with it? If you purchase a used textbook, does it have the software?
  • can you return it without paying for shipping?
• Buy used textbooks if possible.
• Check if your textbook is available through the Walsh University Bookstore textbook rental program.
• Browse the library textbooks on reserve.
• Search OhioLINK - this resource works for older editions of books, but current editions may not be available for request from other institutions.
• Consider sharing with a classmate. Make sure you won't be needing the textbook for homework assignments at the same time.
